5 Easy Spiritual Practices For Our Daily Lives

When one hears someone talk about ‘spirituality’ or ‘spiritual practices’, immediately a turncoat philosophy starts dancing in our imagination. Being a firm believer of spirituality and philosophy, I am not trying to aggrandizing these practices.

Spirituality is best practiced, woven into the fabric of our everyday life. The daily spiritual practices provide a surge of an unthinkable energy that can get us out of our comfort zones and help us achieve the extraordinary. Having a spiritual mentor to hold your hand as you stumble and learn life’s lessons is a boon if you decide to walk down this path.

Practicing spirituality isn’t that difficult. I urge you to make an effort to step out of your comfort zone and make a couple of the following daily spiritual practices part of your routine –

INCULCATE THE ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE

It is very easy to express gratitude once your wish has been granted. But try saying and feeling it as you are waiting for it to manifest! When one feels the gratitude before, automatically the person’s vibrations are raised, matching the vibrations of the fulfilled wish. This practice makes the probability of wish manifestation in 3D much more. With this spiritual practice a sense of satisfaction grows in us which induces happiness. Being happy and fulfilled is what spirituality teaches us.

In fact, in Reiki healing, gratitude is the vital principle of channelizing the energy!

LOVE THY SELF

I cannot stress enough on this. Since our childhood, we have been repeatedly told by our elders and peers how good or bad we are! This, in turn, has shaped our reality and the way we think about ourselves.

Most of us are filled with negative views of our self. Replace this core conditioning with love for the self, and see the same being reflected in your environment.

Self assessment is something that becomes the key to unlock the shortcomings in us. After all, we love what is best in others, hence, we would love what is best in us. Think about everything you did around the day before you go to sleep or during you lie on the bed. Think of everything you could correct in your day and everything you did that makes you happy. A person can judge himself the best .This used as a daily spiritual practise would build self-confidence self-respect which are utterly important to succeed in our day-to-day lives.

Let me make this crystal clear forever that loving oneself is not ‘BEING SELFISH’. Rather it is accepting yourself just the way you are and being happy with it.

 

PRACTICE AFFIRMATIONS

The power of affirmations is beyond comprehension. It directly reaches the nook of your sub-consciousness.

Reminding yourself how capable you are and what you can do helps much more than how less it sounds in the head. No challenge in life can be anticipated and never does it happen that everything goes according to the plan and thence this spiritual practise becomes useful.

Firstly, decide on the change you want to see in yourself or the situation. Example – you want to make a positive change in your career. Then choose an affirmation and chant it as many times as possible (specific affirmations can be given here).

The best fact about these sentences is that one doesn’t need to do any ritual before chanting them, like light a candle or something. Just pick one and repeat. It is the era of change!

 

USE GRABOVOI NUMBERS

These numbers were developed by a Russian psychic. The various number series have magical healing properties. It can either be written on the non-dominant hand or chanted.

Grabovoi numbers follow the concept that man and all life forms share a common ground in that they are all connected to each other within the electro-magnetic field of the earth; and that all life forms carry its own electromagnetic field, which when sufficiently distorted will result in disease and sickness. Accepting that all is energy, every organ meridians, diseases, and remedies have their own particular frequency or vibration. These can be harmonized by a particular number series.

 

PRACTICE NON-JUDGEMENT

Judging others never brought anyone any good until and unless it is his profession. Once it starts, it is a never ending multiplying process that may backfire with uncertain proportions. The biggest repercussion of this is ending up judging ourselves and comparing whatever we do to whatever they do.

Do try not to judge anyone for whatever he thinks or does. With this one in place, I am not trying to make you all holy ‘saints’. It is simple logic. Let them live their peaceful life with their thoughts and emotions. Nothing can be done by condemning someone except burning our brains out denouncing them. The moment we have an opinion about someone, we invite his karmic strains in our lives. Why would anyone want that? Each one of us has our hands full with trying to manifest the kind of life we want, so, no point in putting conscious blocks in our process. That is what is the summary of this spiritual practise. Live your way, let them live their ways.
